8. General Terms of Use (GTU) & Cookies

These General Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "GTU") govern the conditions of use of the Site by the User. By browsing the Site, the User acknowledges having read and unreservedly accepted the entirety of these GTU.

8.1. Purpose

The purpose of the GTU is to define the terms of availability of the Site and the conditions of access and use of the services offered therein, namely the consultation of job offers, the submission of applications, and contact for consulting and recruitment needs in the energy sector.

8.2. Access to the Site

Access to the Site is free and open to any User with an internet connection. All costs related to access to the Site (computer hardware, software, internet connection, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the User.

8.3. User Obligations

The User agrees to use the Site fairly and in compliance with these GTU:

  • Application Form:The Candidate guarantees that the information provided (notably via the CV) is accurate, complete, and not misleading. The submission of falsified documents or documents containing third-party data without their permission is strictly prohibited.

  • Client Form:The Client guarantees the accuracy of the information provided regarding their needs and agrees to use the services within the framework of their legal professional activity.

  • The User agrees not to hinder the proper functioning of the Site in any way.

8.4. Limitation of Liability

  • Vela Energiesstrives to ensure the accuracy and updating of the information published on the Site, of which it reserves the right to correct the content at any time and without notice.

  • Vela Energiescannot be held responsible for errors, unavailability of information and/or the presence of viruses on its Site.

  • Vela Energiesis only bound by an obligation of means regarding recruitment and consulting services. Its liability cannot be engaged in the event of a Candidate or Client failing to meet their respective obligations.

9. Management of Cookies and Other Trackers

This site uses cookies and other trackers (hereinafter referred to as "Cookies") that are placed on your device (computer, tablet, smartphone) during your browsing.

9.1. What is a Cookie?
